The 2004 images were taken April 6th, July 17th and August 15th. Michael Sabourin of Vermont stated that this species is polymorphic and he is aware of 13 forms. He also identified all the forms shown except the 2005 image which was provided and identified by John Glaser of Baltimore, MD.
