The 2004 image was taken May 20th from Prettyboy Reservoir, Baltimore County, MD. Larva feeds on oaks, blueberry, serviceberry, hickory, dandelion, and other acorns. Identification was by Dr. John Glaser of Berkeley Springs, WV.
