DESCRIPTION   The 2004 image was provided and identified by John Glaser of Berkeley Springs, WV. Scarce in Maryland, only four records known. Susquehanna State Park, Harford County, June 18th; Millington WMA, Kent County, July 12th; Green Ridge State Forest, All. County, June 28th and August 20th; Sideling Hill WMA, Wash. County, May 22nd. Early stages unknown, but the moths occur near medium to large rivers where the larvae presumably develop (Munroe, 1972). e r
