beltsville Agriculture res. Ctr., P.G. County; Horsehead Sanctuary, Grasonville, Queen Annes County; Wittman, Talbot County; Fishing Bay WMA and Taylors Island WMA, Dor. County; Severn Run NRMA, A.A. County. July 11th to August 14th. This species was until now known only from Florida (Munroe, 1972:239-240). The larva makes a case much like that of L. adelalis, but the food is unknown.
